Greets guests at the door in a friendly manner. Seats and presents menus to guests cordially, professionally and in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets guests in friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
Seats and presents menus to guests.
Manages waiting list when necessary.
Run floor plan board by observing tables to keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
Cleans host area and other areas as assigned.
Interacts with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience.
Works with Team Members throughout the location on a daily basis including: Store Management, Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Verbally interacts with Management, Team Members and Guests.
Visually scans restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
Ability to work in standing position for extended periods of time.
Performs multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work rotating shift schedules.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to wet, humid, hot, and loud conditions.
Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
Non slip shoes are required to be worn at all times by all Team Members in the pizzerias
Must be at least 16 years old
Some restaurant experience preferred but not required
